Data are provided primarily by the user who using our software or interacting with our web sites, social networks and promotional channels or other services. The collected user information is related to the type of device and the software modes (e.g. completed levels). In particular, according to the fusion.tech services with which the user interacts, we may collect and process these types of information:
Internet Protocol (IP) address, access times, browser type and language and referring Web site addresses are recorded when you enter in http://www.fusiontech3d.com; App ID, session ID, unique ID, device type, OS, and content accessed are recorded when you use our software.
This information could be used to monitor, develop and analyze your use of the service and we may use this information to analyze usage in order to improve our software, especially through analytical tools (including third-party tools).
Guaranteed anonymous user information may be used in order to carry out research and to provide basic usage data for our clients. We could also create reports, analyzes and similar services to be used for research purposes or business intelligence, for example, to detect potential problems or trends regarding our services, or to test new features and new content.
When you use any of the fusion.tech applications on a mobile platform, we may collect and record certain information such as your unique device ID (persistent/non-persistent), hardware type, media access control (“MAC”) address, international mobile equipment identity (“IMEI”), the version of your operating system (“OS”), your device name, and your location (based on your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address). This information is useful to us for troubleshooting and helps us understand usage trends.
We may collect your location based information for the purpose of providing you with the correct version or language of the application. We will not share this information with any third party. If you no longer wish to allow us to track or use this information, you may turn it off at the device level. Please note, the application may not work properly if we are unable to tell where you are coming from.
In addition, we create a unique user ID to track your use of our Service. This unique user ID is stored to track the fusion.tech software you are using.
We use standard security practices, including encryption, passwords and physical security measures, to protect all data from unauthorised access and disclosure.
